How Wagering Works
Wagering requirements determine how many times you must play through a bonus before you can withdraw winnings. For example, suppose you deposit €100 and receive a 100% match bonus, giving you €200 total (€100 deposit + €100 bonus) with a 35x wagering requirement on the bonus amount.
Formula: Wagering target = Bonus amount × Wagering multiplier
Calculation: €100 × 35 = €3,500. You must place bets totaling €3,500 before any bonus funds become withdrawable. Real money bets contribute fully, while bonus bets may contribute a percentage (e.g., slots 100%, table games 10%).
If you wager €1 per spin on slots, you need 3,500 spins to meet the requirement. The house edge (say 5%) implies an expected loss during wagering: €3,500 × 0.05 = €175. Since your starting balance is €200, the expected remaining balance after wagering is only €25, highlighting the challenge of beating the wagering.
Always check the game contribution percentages. High-contribution games like slots help you clear wagering faster. Low-contribution games (e.g., blackjack 10%) require 10× more wagering volume to count the same amount.
Is It Safe?
Space XY casino operates under a Curacao eGaming license, which provides a baseline level of regulatory oversight. The site uses SSL encryption to protect your data and offers standard responsible gambling tools. However, players from EU/nordic countries should note that winnings from Curacao-licensed casinos may be subject to local income tax, unlike winnings from MGA or locally licensed operators. Always consult your local tax authority and consider using a locally licensed casino for tax-free withdrawals.
